It does sound like you’ve been wronged, but then I haven’t heard the other side of the story (there’s always another side to any dispute). I have to agree with apsmith, though–as I read your website, my sympathy to your situation grew less and less with every reference to Jews, communists, lesbians, prostitutes, etc.
But my main questions are these. What was the reason given for your dismissal in the first place? Why did you not (or why were you unable to) start your Ph.D. studies over again at another university? And why were you jobless for 18 years!? Your Bachelor of Science degree would have enabled you to find work. Surely you weren’t fighting U of T full-time for 18 years at the expense of your own life.

This is one sad story about a man who wasted his life chasing ghosts.
Misha, I’ll be blunt. Your statement
is a very good illustration why you should really consider seeing a psychiatrist. This is just pings or traceroutes! It could be initiated for so many reasons unrelated to your persona, that calling it “attack” is either extreme ignorance or paranoia. I bet for the latter.
