Everspin – 16Mbit MRAM in 2009, compete with DRAM/FLASH in 2015

Everspin plans to release more products, and in 2009 will have 16Mbit products (today they only have 4Mbit chips). They say that by 2015 MRAM will have densities that compete with DRAM and FLASH (NOR).
