This was on /. today so it’s likely everybody here has seen it, but I laughed HARD. So I had to leave a link to it on sciscoop. laugh.

The first of 49 volunteers has received a new potential HIV vaccine beginning its human trials. HealthCentral reports that on Saturday the first eight of the 49 were innoculated. This first phase of the trial will last 14 months; the second phase will test the efficacy and any side effects.
