The first of 49 volunteers has received a new potential HIV vaccine beginning its human trials. HealthCentral reports that on Saturday the first eight of the 49 were innoculated. This first phase of the trial will last 14 months; the second phase will test the efficacy and any side effects.

New Science Projects

Five great middle school science projects. Results come quickly and easily and the pack contains a simple supplies list, full instructions, research materials, and sample results charts and graphs.
