The Ministry of Health in Trinidad and Tobago says there are 25 confirmed cases of the AH1N1 virus. Citizens are saying the number is higher. Some schools in Tobago have been closed because the the virus. Citizens are calling for a state of emergency not only because of the pandemic, but also because of the escalation in crime and violence which is at an all time high. Already, 267 persons have been murdered since the start of the year.
