Announcements OK, Real Soon Now I'll get back to a-few-paragraphs-on-one-topic but until then ponder: a third-world journalist's view on American biotech...the latest winners of the European Descartes Prize...rising tensions over Iran's nuclear program...the color of "dark light"...underwater robotic gliders...the Nth story on Space Station budget woes...and advanced planning for the next unmanned Jupiter mission...

Update [2003-11-24 12:38:15 by rickyjames]: OK, I admit it, all of my paragraphs-with-links effort today has gone to writing this posting under the main thread in the most recent Humble Pie article. Hey, long posts are what this SciScoop site is supposed to be about - write one today!
