Electromagnetic fusion-the marriage of hot and cold fusion

Demonstration of the first practical nuclear fusion system. "Fire from Water". The fuel is water. not regular water, but a highly refined and pure source such as "ultrapure reagent grade water" or alike,with concentrations of hydrogen isotopes in order for a plasma to resonate. The fuel is 2 parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. The "trick" to make the nuclear reactions are the extremely high voltages comparable to lightning discharges. I used a Tesla coil for that purpose in conjunction with tuning a frequency with the dielectric water. The Westinghouse corporation supplies 50% of the worlds nuclear fission reactors, join me to encourage the reunion with Tesla again and began a clean FUSION process to meet global needs. I want to remove the hazardous fission rod assemblies and replace it with high voltage electrodes and begin a clean fusion process. The end of the energy crisis is at hand.
